Longwood, FL - 07/26/2005 - Economic Forensics, LLC announced today that an article authored by its Managing Principal, James G. Atkins, MBA, CPA/ABV, CFE, CVA titled: "Sticks and Stones May Break Bones and Words Can Hurt You," has been published in the June 2005 issue of the Tennessee CPA Journal and the July/August 2005 issue of the Florida CPA Journal (link to article in FICPA Journal).

The article warns testifying expert witnesses of the dangers and responsibility of adjectives and technical jargon in testimony and expert reports.

Mr. Atkins is the immediate past-president of the National Litigation Support Services Association (NLSSA), an instructor for the Forensic Institute for Financial Experts and senior editor of National Litigation Consultants' Review.
