We provide a variety of practical courses such as the essential techniques for calculating damages, reading the story of financial statements, what to consider when selecting and cross examining a financial expert, the differences between "Fair" and "Fair Market" values, and ethical considerations for working with experts.

Our courses are available to and through:

• judicial conferences
• and other associations in the legal community

All of our courses are taught by Jim Atkins, MBA, CPA/ABV, CFE, CVA. Jim has extensive hands-on and teaching experience, as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Your organization will receive useful information from an experienced, practicing professional. Additional credentials include:

• Instructor, NACVA’s Forensic Institute for Financial Experts
• Nationally recognized financial and business valuation expert
• Senior Editor of the National Litigation Consultants' Review
• State and Federal court qualified expert

• Professional licenses and certifications as Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Valuation Analyst
